Using SelBoundary to select objects from a specified layer

Hi,
How can I use SelBoundary to select from a specific layer?

rs.UnselectAllObjects()
rs.Command(“_SelBoundary _SelectionMode=Crossing selid {} _Enter”.format(str(rftp)), False)
n_items = rs.SelectedObjects()
