Create sub-layer, move objects to that layer

I need community assistance:
I like to do the following actions with a Macro:

1. The sublayer named Curves001 will be created under layer Curves (if none, create one), its statue is invisible.
2. All the curves visible in the viewport will be moved to the newly created layer "Curves01 "
3. All the curves previously moved to Sublayers named Curves*** will be ignored even if they are visible.

I create a lot of curves along the modeling process. I like to archive them separately.
